The Role We’re looking for a Head of Product who will play a strategic role in the future of our company.
You’ll ensure that the entire company understands the vision and direction for the product, communicating and reinforcing that strategy across teams.
You will be an inspirational ambassador of the Holded product suite and will build the machinery around Product Management which will underpin Holded’s accelerated growth.
You will manage the Product Owners, Product Designers, and Product Education teams.
You will be instrumental in helping us build and lead a talented product team.
We expected that you act as a cross-functional leader, bringing the organization together to achieve the business goals.
Working closely with our technical team and strategic partners to create a compelling product roadmap and strategy.
We expect you to translate our product strategy into requirements and clear deliverables while incorporating data and market analysis to be able to react to user needs.
The role reports to the co-CEO of the company, Bernat Ripoll.
About you Proven previous experience building a B2B SaaS product in a fast-paced company.
Demonstrated success as part of the leadership team in a modern SMB/Volume SaaS business.
Experience achieving strategic initiatives, mainly creating a product roadmap.
Exceptionally results-focused; views the optimization of product management methodologies as tools used in service of results over standard playbooks and processes.
Experience establishing and working with OKRs, KPIs, and a deep understanding of how product changes impact the delivery of our strategy through objective data.
Demonstrable excellence in strong stakeholder management at all levels with visible and enlightened commercial acumen.
Capture vision and feedback of customers to drive the roadmap – make informed, data-driven decisions on product.
Build the delivery roadmap - a transparent and up-to-date view of all product and engineering workstreams underway.
Leading the team toward a productive transformation from planning to execution.
Ability to make product decisions while balancing the needs of the user, customers, and the business.
Integrating effective management methods to monitor issues and apply corrective actions.
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
