HEAD OF REGULATORY STRATEGY

Job Overview We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Regulatory Strategy. In this key position, you will lead regulatory research and analysis, develop comprehensive long-term strategies, and ensure our compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will collaborate with senior management to align regulatory strategies with our business goals, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for growth.Main StakeholdersExecutive Committee (ExCom) DirectorsFunctional Corporate directorsCountry Regulatory HeadsRegulatory AuthoritiesMain ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough and ongoing research to understand and anticipate regulatory changes and trends that could impact our business.Create and implement long-term regulatory strategies that align with Cellnex’s business objectives, identifying regulatory risks and opportunities and recommending appropriate actions.Ensure that Cellnex complies with all applicable regulations, laws, and standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise senior management on their implications.Analyze regulatory policies, guidelines, and trends to foresee potential impacts on the organization, and develop proactive strategies to address regulatory challenges and leverage opportunities.Evaluate regulatory risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, thereby minimizing our exposure to potential regulatory issues.Work closely with internal teams to ensure that regulatory considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making.Provide expert guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory requirements, processes, and best practices, ensuring all teams are well-informed and compliant with current regulations.Candidate ProfileEducationMaster's degree, preferable in Economics or Business studiesLanguagesEnglish - must have - AdvancedSpanish - valuableAny other Cellnex language(s) - valuableRelevant Experience5+ years of consulting experience (strategy, business consulting, etc.) with team management, or a similar role in other companies or associations.Other relevant skillsSignificant experience in regulatory affairs, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility is a plus.In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, processes, and best practices within the Cellnex’ sector.
