This pivotal role will not only lead our sales efforts but also play a crucial part in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning sales and marketing initiatives, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying innovative ways to add value across the customer lifecycle. If you are passionate about revenue generation, with a strong background in both sales and marketing within the healthcare or MedTech industry, this is a unique opportunity for professional growth in a fast-growing company.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an integrated sales and marketing strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.Drive revenue growth by managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, building relationships with new and existing clients in both the public and private sectors.Set and track revenue targets, KPIs, and key performance metrics that align with business goals, ensuring both sales and marketing initiatives contribute to overall success.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute demand generation campaigns, product positioning, and market penetration strategies.Manage the sales pipeline, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through both direct sales efforts and inbound marketing channels.Oversee market research and competitor analysis to refine value propositions and stay ahead of industry trends.Ensure seamless alignment between sales and marketing activities to generate leads, improve conversion rates, and optimize the customer acquisition process.Act as a primary point of contact for customer needs, providing timely solutions and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.Coordinate sales activities with product specialists, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Attend internal and external meetings, workshops, and exhibitions to represent the company, occasionally outside of regular working hours.Identify opportunities for business expansion and work with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product offerings.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biosciences, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience in sales and marketing within the MedTech or healthcare sector.Proven track record in driving revenue growth through successful sales and marketing strategies.Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing funnels, and customer relationship management within the healthcare or MedTech industry.Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that generate leads and convert them into revenue.Self-motivated with a strategic mindset, capable of driving cross-functional initiatives and developing new business opportunities.Exceptional ability to influence decision-makers and foster strong client and partner relationships.Excellent time management, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring marketing and sales performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.Ability to build, lead, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve ambitious goals.Our CultureWe are a diverse and inclusive team, united by our passion for innovation and commitment to improving patient care.
