Se requiere:
Experiencia en la venta de productos de lujo o en el área de yates/juguetes acuáticos.
Idealmente, conocimientos técnicos como mecánico o técnico, o la disposición para adquirirlos.
Experiencia en liderazgo y habilidades organizativas para gestionar de manera eficiente la venta, el taller y el alquiler.
Habilidad de comunicación: serás capaz de entusiasmar tanto a clientes como a proveedores y socios.
Dominio de Microsoft Word, Excel y presentaciones.
Español / Ingles fluido, otros idiomas a favor
Funciones:
Venta y compra de juguetes acuáticos de lujo: Serás responsable de todo el proceso de ventas, mantendrás relaciones con los clientes existentes y atraerás nuevos clientes. Además, coordinarás las compras y negociarás con los proveedores.
Marketing: Desarrollarás estrategias de marketing creativas para posicionar nuestros productos de manera aún más exitosa.
Taller y servicio: Dirigirás el taller, organizarás reparaciones y coordinarás el almacenamiento invernal de los juguetes acuáticos.
Alquiler: Te asegurarás de que todos los juguetes acuáticos se entreguen puntualmente y en perfecto estado a nuestros socios B2B y clientes finales. Estarás en contacto cercano con capitanes, clientes y socios.
Finanzas y administración: Elaborarás ofertas y facturas y mantendrás un control sobre los ingresos y costos. Además, utilizarás nuestros programas internos Shopify (ventas) y Rental Manager (alquiler).
