Product Manager Customer Portal App– Zinia (Openbank) Country.

Mission and responsibilities We are seeking an experienced senior candidate to lead our Zinia App & Customer Portal development and constant transformation.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the roll-out plan of the App, ensuring the coordinated advance of its solutions for shopping, payments and banking; defining customers and product requirements; driving UX decisions; creating roadmaps, and guiding technical implementation discussions for both the App and the Customer Portal.
As a head of the App & Customer Portal, reporting to the Director of Products & VAS for Consumers, your main responsibilities will include.
Define the scope, product requirements and features, functionalities, CX, tools, for the Zinia app and customer portal to constantly enhance customer experience, generating loyalty while executing the value proposition and driving organic traffic.
Supervise the execution of the app/customer portal roadmap and the timely implementation of the deliverables.
Benchmark the best customer value propositions to continually improve Zinia services.
To be successful in the role you must have Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience with high responsibility level in relevant positions to the job.
Customer portals experience covering product, CX/UX Experience in product management in the global banking/payments/financing industry.
Superior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.
Customer focused & business oriented.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
High level of English.
Other languages would be a plus (Spanish, German, Italian, French...).
