Choose the best place for your work –  Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities.
You will advise the global HR organization on all HR data privacy-related issues, including the introduction of new HR tools You will support the HR organization in designing tools and processes that comply with data protection regulations You advise on documentation in our process register and support the process owners You are the contact person in the event of data protection violations, coordinate and analyze the process and derive the necessary actions You will support our global Data Privacy Advisor in the further development of conceptual data protection processes within HR You will work on data privacy projects (e.
.

You have successfully completed a master’s degree in (business) informatics, business law, law, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field of study You have initial professional experience in advising on data protection-related issues, particularly in the area of data protection We also welcome applicants with a bachelor’s degree combined with additional professional experience in this field You have basic expertise in the field of data privacy, especially in the context of IT systems, and have already successfully completed international projects in the field of data privacy Ideally, you are familiar with Siemens Healthineers internal HR processes and are familiar with the portfolio and organizational structure of Siemens Healthineers Your attributes and skills.
You have business fluent English skills to be able to operate successfully in our international environment; good German skills are desirable You have international experience in a matrix-driven environment and are experienced in managing interfaces You have a conceptual and analytical way of working as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills You are successful in building strong, trusting relationships and promote collaboration within and between business units You have the willingness to familiarize yourself with legal topics You can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a proven ability to develop and successfully implement viable solutions with various stakeholders You are committed to the success of Siemens Healthineers with drive and enthusiasm Our global team.
