‍💼Role: HR Manager Spain📍Location: Barcelona, Spain*Experience in an HR management position in franchises within the bakery café, fast food, casual dining, or food & beverage sectors in Spain is mandatory*🍰About the company:Our client is a renowned French brand of bakery stores, restaurants, and tea rooms offering a variety of bread, pastries, sandwiches, and cakes. With a network of +700 establishments globally, they are now expanding their presence in Spain. As part of this expansion, they are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join their team in Barcelona.The company is looking for a HR Manager to oversee HR operations in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-outlet operations within the fast food, casual dining, bakery café, or food & beverage sectors in Spain. This is a hybrid position.🥖Responsabilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Maintain pay plan and benefits program.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.🍰Requirements:Strong background in HR working experience in multi-outlet operations in fast food, casual dining, bakery café, or food & beverage sectors in Spain.Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.Experience managing and creating an HR team.People-oriented and results-driven.Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.Degree in Human Resources, business or related field.🥖Why join:Be part of a globally recognized brand.Opportunity to shape the HR function in a new market.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid work model (3 days at the office - 2 days home office)APPLY WITH YOU CV HERE!
