This is your opportunity to experience a #1 health-tech scale-up where both your work and your results are highly tangible and matter to the business.What we offer:International environment, work with people from different nationalities from all over the world.Attractive compensation package;Flexible schedule (40h/week).Central Barcelona office location (Arago/Calabria)Teeth aligner and whitening benefits.Fresh fruit, coffee & snacks every morningOpportunities to grow within a fast-paced, innovative company and real scale-up experience.What you will doAct as first line support and answer general day to day queries from line managers and employees, including employment law related issues.Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries for the location/region; and responsibility for managing all country related HR administration.Effective, accurate and timely filling of HR documentation/System Management.Recognise and protect the security and confidentiality of all personnel matters dealt with by the HR team.Assist with creating, maintaining and implementing new processes inside the area.Assisting with disciplinaries, terminations and mediations.Managing Probations periods and end of contracts in conjunction with Managers & Team Leads.Providing assistance in the processes of absence, attendance and leave.Undertake Inductions for all new starters to the business: end to end cycle support.Maintain up to date key documentation and information for the countries involvedControlling employment contracts for new joiners, amendments of contracts, and exit confirmations processing for leaversSupport on the onboarding process following up with the newcomers and hiring managers and being the point of contact for the new candidate on the first day.Participate in the payroll process as requiredRequirementsPrevious HR experience within a similar role in Spain.English and Spanish fluent – Italian or French are a plus.Knowledge of Spanish labour law, agreements and contracts.
