hours per week – Mon to Fri Duration.

What you'll do Working within the Corporate Functions HR Business Partner team, driving an ambitious people plan to support the Corporate Functions team to deliver against their People Plan Ambitions.
As an HR Specialist you will partner directly with and support client group/s, with a focus on organisational effectiveness and job architecture, culture and engagement, talent and succession management, and building leadership and professional capabilities across Corporate Functions.
You will also support central HR activities such as the annual reward review, performance development, complex employee relations, recognition and headcount management, whilst driving improvements in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Your role will also support the Senior HR business partners in the delivery of key people projects.
Partner with senior leaders (tba) across Corporate Functions driving people initiatives as necessary.
Will be supported in decision making by Senior HRBP.
Work in partnership with Senior HRBP and others to deliver against the people plan to support the achievement of the business strategy, utilising people analytics to drive decision making.
Support the execution of HR processes, including but not limited to Resourcing, Performance Management, Recognition, Engagement, FRV, Monthly Headcount Reporting, and headcount management.
Support our D&I agenda, ensuring that we promote offerings from the Group and UK, as well as continually challenging our thinking to ensure we are innovative in our approach.
Support Senior HR Business Partners on people projects, liaising with the central teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Advocate & support the use of the HR operating model, acting as role model and facilitator to ensure business areas successfully utilise HR Services and where necessary, drive improvements in service provision using necessary feedback mechanisms.
Who you are Self-starter with the ability to organise, prioritise and identify core issues whilst managing competing deliverables and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management, confident communicator, resilient and commercially aware.
Ability to adapt, deal with ambiguity, experiment and learn fast.
Restless curiosity, learning from within and the external market to continually push the boundaries to improve our employee experience.
Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point proficient.
HR Professional Qualifications desirable but not essential.
Studying towards preferable.
