OW a controlled 50/50 joint venture between EDP and Engie is looking for a proactive and team player HR Strategic Project Manager.Are you willing to join a passionate and high performing team, in a cross-cultural, fast-paced, and strongly grOWing environment?GENERAL DESCRIPTIONAt OW we are currently searching for a HR Strategic Project Manager to join the team. We are looking for a person who has a transversal vision of the HR area, who is data oriented and accustomed to working on a project basis.As part of OW’s team, your role will be to participate in the proposal of global projects, their definition and implementation with the purpose of contributing to the achievement of business goals through strategic advice, guidance and direction concerning various HR related subjects.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESProjectsLead and manage a variety of HR projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address and resolve issues proactively.Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including People Business Partners, and other departments, to identify project needs, goals, and deliverables.Design and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations, minimizing disruptions and resistance.Analyze HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Develop and maintain effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed about project status, changes, and outcomes.Stay updated on the latest HR trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions to enhance HR processes.Provide training and support to HR team members on project management principles and best practices.AnalyticsRegularly audit HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors to maintain high-quality data for reliable analysis and reporting.Support the maintenance and enhancement of People tools and technologies, ensuring they are functioning correctly and meeting the needs of the People department.Perform statistical analyses on various People datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic People decisions, while ensuring the use of appropriate methodologies and techniques.Create and distribute regular and ad hoc reports on key HR metrics, and develop interactive dashboards that provide stakeholders with real-time access to important People data.Responsible for the design and monitoring of the People scorecard. From the definition of KPIs to the design and data model.Work closely with different People teams to understand their specific data needs and provide analytical support, helping them leverage data to solve problems and make informed decisions.ACADEMIC BACKGROUNDBachelor degree or equivalent.Post Graduate Degree in Data Analytics will be valued.LANGUAGESComplete fluency in English and Spanish.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEMore than 5 years of experience in Human Resources (generalist role or working in projects), ideally within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.More than 1 years of experience in Analytics.Experience working IBEX 35 companies is a plus.Experience in the renewable energy sector will be valued.Experience working in international environments will be valued.SKILLSPower BI, Excel and data storytelling.Good attention to detail and enjoys working with data with strong Excel, Power BI and Powerpoint.Project management skills.An excellent team player with the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues acting as part of one People team.Strong verbal and written communications in both formal and informal settings and be confident to present all levels and varying size of teams / communities.Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities; Able to analyse People metrics, find root causes and then develop short, medium and long-term plans accordingly.Be able to prioritise and proactively manage multiple cases and small projects whilst working to tight deadlines.By selecting “Apply” above, you indicate:You have read and acknowledge OW Candidates Privacy Notice: https://www.oceanwinds.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/OW_Privacy-notice-for-candidates_v3.pdf
