As we expand our team were excited to offer a unique opportunity for an HR Intern to join our Bali campus gaining handson experience in a supportive and forwardthinking environment.
Key Responsibilities.
1.
Recruitment & Onboarding.
Assist in recruitment by posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2.
Employee Relations.
Support employee engagement performance evaluations and maintaining employee records.
Assist with benefits administration and employee relations initiatives.
3.
HR Policy & Compliance.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Help ensure legal compliance in all HR matters and maintain HR data systems.
4.
HR Projects & Events.
Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement programs training initiatives and wellness programs Organize teambuilding activities workshops and company events to foster a collaborative culture What You Will Learn.
Experience in recruitment onboarding and managing HR tools for productivity.
Developing HR strategies and understanding employee engagement retention and workplace culture.
Exposure to employment laws compliance and HR software in a fastpaced environment.
Qualifications.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field Passionate about people management and company culture with strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; HR software experience is a plus.
Organized able to multitask and work independently or within a team.
