Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Responsabilidades.
Participar en el proceso de atracción, selección de personal y onboarding.
Realización de entrevistas de selección y evaluación de candidaturas.
Gestionar las áreas de formación, compensación y clima laboral.
Gestionar políticas de teletrabajo y políticas retributivas.
Coordinar actividades de formación y programas de desarrollo profesional.
Gestión y supervisión de nóminas y seguros sociales.
Colaborar en la promoción de los valores, la visión y la misión de la organización.
Requisitos Formación universitaria en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Relaciones Laborales y/o similar.
Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años llevando a cabo las tareas descritas.
Conocimientos en legislación laboral y procesos de nómina.
Disponibilidad para viajar de forma puntual.
