Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Integrado/a en el área de Tecnología, Proyectos y Servicios, te responsabilizarás de participar y gestionar el desarrollo, evolución, formación e implantación de los procesos, sistemas y cultura aplicables a la Salud, Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Calidad (HSEQ) en el Grupo CEPSA para conseguir los objetivos fijados por la Dirección.
Algunas de tus principales funciones serán.
Participar en el despliegue y comunicación del plan de Cultura de HSEQ Corporativo en colaboración continua con el resto de las unidades de negocio.
Contribuir a la comunicación general dentro de la Dirección y apoya la gestión del cambio.
Coordinar y colaborar en los proyectos estratégicos que le sean asignados dentro de la Dirección de HSEQ asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos y plazos, así como el adecuado nivel de interlocución con el resto de las áreas.
Analizar y mantenerse informado sobre la evolución de las variables que puedan impactar en la actividad de HSEQ actuando como centro de Excelencia.
Impartir y colaborar en la formación dentro de la Dirección en lo referente a Normativa, Procesos y Herramientas.
Colaborar en la preparación de eventos tanto a nivel interno, así como participa en eventos de carácter externo.

Participar y realizar los Benchmarking de la Dirección de HSEQ y establece los mecanismos necesarios para facilitar la información y conocimientos dentro de las especialidades de HSEQ.
Qué estamos buscando.
Formación técnica (Ingeniería Superior/Técnica o Grado Enseñanzas Técnicas) Nivel alto de inglés.
Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en un puesto de características similares.
Alta capacidad analítica.
Altos dotes comunicativos y proactividad.
Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint y Power BI) Localización.
