HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER
En dependencia del Director del Área y en estrecha colaboración con el resto del equipo, se responsabilizará de captar, fidelizar y desarrollar el talento alineado a las necesidades y valores de la compañía para las lineas de negocio asignadas, siendo el interlocutor con los managers y equipos en todo lo referente a Recursos Humanos.
Entre otras tareas se responsabilizará de:
Selección de personal.
Onboarding y seguimiento de las nuevas incorporaciones.
Gestión de la contratación con soporte de la asesoría externa.
Coordinación de las relaciones laborales de la empresa con soporte externo.
Colaboración en la realización del Plan de formación.
Clima laboral.
Gestión de los planes de retribución flexible de la plantilla.
Control de registro de horas.
Pensamos en una persona con formación acorde al puesto (Relaciones Laborales, Ciencias del Trabajo y/o Psicología) y experiencia mínima de 4 años en posiciones similares.
