Ensures the effective completion of a wide variety of HR administrative activities – system changes, labour contracts, reporting, document preparation, etc. Drives process improvements actively, processes queries from managers and employees, and identifies, diagnoses and addresses any HR-related issues. Engages with internal stakeholders, as well as government institutions and vendors.Functions and tasks· Manages HR related projects such as process improvements, system implementations or compliance initiatives.- Drafts periodic reports for local and central teams and analyses HR data, including growth, attrition, turnover rates, employee satisfaction and other metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Is involved in recordkeeping activities for employees profiles in Workday (personal information, salaries, benefits, and performance reviews).· Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies related to HR administration.· Takes part in the processing of recurrent HR transactions such as hires, terminations, promotions, transfers and other employment-related changes and in the preparation of HR-relevant documents.- Participates in the information, meetings and negotiations with the workers’ council and Labor Relations tasks.· Supports and assists training and development, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, · employee benefits and other HR programs.· Provides HR-related information to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and initiatives.Skills and qualifications· Professional certification or a relevant qualification in the field of Human Resources· Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a similar role· Knowledge of country specific HR policies and procedures· Friendly and team player· Independent and structured· Experience with HRIS System (Workday desirable)· Excellent communication skills in EnglishOur Company is focused on growth and the Human Resources Team is a key enabler in delivering on our strategic goals.
