El cliente es una startup de IT con una gran proyección y en pleno proceso de crecimiento.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? - Selección de los perfiles de la compañía (perfiles IT y corporate) - Gestión de la administración de personal con una gestoría externa - Gestión de proyectos y políticas de HR.
- Evaluaciones de desempeño, encuestas de clima, on boarding, off boarding, etc.
- Comunicación interna - Gestión de PRL ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? - Experiencia previa en un rol similar de 4-5 años - Experiencia previa en selección de perfiles IT - Nivel de inglés C1 - Perfil acostumbrado a trabajar en entornos cambiantes ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios? - Contrato indefinido - Salario.
€ (según valía) - Posición híbrida, oficinas en el centro de Madrid.
- Horario de lunes a jueves de 9H a 18H y viernes de 9H a 15H - Seguro médico - Retribución flexible
