If you want to conquer the world, we're excited to welcome you on board! Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities.
Assist in the recruitment processes, including job openings and advertising, candidate screening, coordinating interviews, fill in candidate reports and process tracking in internal tools and systems Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Monthly update of organization charts Presentations preparation on various HR topics.
EVP, Training, Development, Budget, etc...
Update talents profiles and development interview reports Coordinate training sessions.
logistics, invitations, training materials, etc...
Provide administrative support for various HRBP functions.
SKILLS Enthusiastic, proactive and team player.
Attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Dynamic and quick learner.
MAIN STUDIES.
Degree in human resources, psychology or related field.
LANGUAGES.
English (Fluent C1).
French is a plus.
IT TOOLS.
Proficient in MS Office.
EXPERIENCE.
Previous experience in an HR department is a plus.
