HR SpecialistLocation: Our office is based at Les Franqueses del Vallès, BarcelonaAre you a passionate HR professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic workplace environment? We're hiring an HR Specialist to join our team!Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive assistance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws.Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and implement innovative HR policies and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture.Conduct research and analysis to support HR projects such as employee surveys, performance evaluations, and diversity programs.Act as a reliable resource for managers and supervisors, offering guidance on HR matters as required.Assist the HR Manager in managing employee relations issues, including investigations and corrective actions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and HR administration.Expertise in labour law and strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis.Experience with change management and benefits administration is advantageous.If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and contribute to the growth of our organisation, apply now!
