We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job description:We are seeking a HR Trainee to support our Global HR team at our Madrid office.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the placement of junior and middle management roles across various company locations.Key Responsabilities:Manage the recruitment and selection process for interns, junior and middle management roles.Collaborate with various company departments to identify staffing needs and placement opportunities.Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new hires, providing them with necessary information on company policies, procedures, and expectations.Manage communications with interns, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance during their placement period.Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to promote the Emerging Talent programme and develop strategic partnerships.Scheduling interviews and meetings.Maintain updated documentation related to the recruitment activities.Contribute to the creation of periodic reports on programme activities and outcomes achieved.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Management, or related field.Passion for the renewable energy sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.Fluent proficiency in Spanish, and English, both written and spoken (Italian would be a great plus).Results-oriented with the ability to work independently, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Flexibility and adaptability to change, with the ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
