Description: Location: Barcelona, SpainRole: Icelandic Travel AdvisorSalary: €22.244 gross/yearSchedule: Full Time (39 hours/week), between Monday to Sunday between 09:00-20:00 rotational (2 days off per week)  Overview of the company:Our client is a worldwide leader in providing global digital business services. Their main goal is to make them proud to belong to the company through job satisfaction and a great work environment. For their office in Barcelona they are looking for a Icelandic speaking Customer Advisor. RoleAs an essential part of an international customer service team for a prestigious travel company, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs. Your role will involve listening, responding, and mediating between our global travelers and accommodation suppliers from around the world, consistently ensuring a high level of customer service.
