This resource will be working at our client site in Valencia, Spain.
ob Responsibilities:- Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, logistics, andfacilities within an organization.- Optimize workspace arrangements to enhance efficiency and comfort.- Manage office moves and reconfigurations, ensuring minimal disruption to operationssuch as the NCC.- Coordinating and managing ICT equipment, supporting the installation of hardware andoverseeing facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and technical supportrequests.- Prepare reports on ICT logistics and facilities maintenance activities.- Oversee the storage and assist in the distribution of ICT equipment and peripherals.- Coordinate the deployment and replacement of hardware such as computers, servers, andnetworking equipment.- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to receive ICT equipment and services.- Plan and manage the logistics of ICT equipment for events, meetings, and new officesetups.- Ensure timely delivery and installation of ICT equipment.- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of the organization's facilities.- Schedule and oversee external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Ability to lift and move ICT equipment and perform physical tasks related to facilitiesmaintenance.- Availability to work outside regular hours for maintenance or emergency support.- On an “As and when required” basis, perform site surveys by finding and repairing faultsacross a range of works.- Perform any duties related to sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems,and associated fixtures and appliances that may affect the ICT infrastructures- Handle materials\/supplies in the most productive and efficient manner.- Perform any other duties as assigned by the delegate of the Chief CR&CS, currentlyclient Facilities Maintenance Cell.
