IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT (IAM) COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

Your Day to Day You will runs the main UAM processes – Joiner, Leaver, and Permanent Review in line with applicable policies and standards.
You will perform quality assurance activities for UAM requests in order to ensure compliance with SOX and Security standards.
You will act as point of contact during UAM audits (internal audits, external audits, ISO, Security audits etc.) for the controls managed.
You will manage daily interactions with Global UAM Support team, Vodafone Group and Vodafone local market UAM teams, related to UAM processes and quality maintenance.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business •   Support the Vodafone group UAM process, including designing, documenting, running and implementing the UAM & connected processes (for any existing or new IT service/project) •    Performs the Joiner, Leaver and Permanent Review controls •    Perform quality assurance on UAM requests (CUAR application entries, as well as Remedy application tickets), to ensure compliance with the processes, work instructions and UAM SOX & security requirements.
•    Ensures the efficient remediation of any deficiencies identified by the auditors; implements new controls as required by the auditors •    Ensures CUAR and ARC applications data quality and consistency by analyzing logical correlations •    Maintains and updates UAM processes & policies •    Builds operational reports to the Service Owner or other interested stakeholders •   You will be responsible with the continuous improvement of the processes and SOX controls in order to obtain simple, efficient and error free processes •   Prepare all the required and relevant analysis and information for supporting performance and decision-making.
With these skills you are a great candidate • Consolidated Access Management, SOX & ITIL knowledge • Experience in internal and external audits • Minimum 3 years UAM related experience, mainly in IT area • Customer focus and good communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Team player with a can-do attitude • Consistently deliver high-qualitative results in a timely manner • Fluent in english Sounds like the perfect job?
