Whether in Madrid or Barcelona, you’ll be the face of the company, working directly with customers to optimize their processes and achieve their goals.About the RoleIn this role, you will work remotely while regularly traveling to customer sites, leading implementation projects from start to finish. You will provide ongoing consultancy and support, building long-term relationships and ensuring clients maximize the value of the company’s solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop in-depth expertise in this software to deliver high-quality training and consultancy.Lead implementation projects to ensure seamless onboarding and system deployment.Provide post-implementation support and ongoing consultancy to optimize customer success.Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and helpdesk, to ensure an outstanding customer experience.Deliver regular updates, maintain detailed records, and participate in team meetings to share best practices.What You’ll BringIndustry Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in the label and packaging printing industry.ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience with at least one ERP package, either as a consultant or senior end user.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Catalan proficiency is a plus for working in Catalonia.Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel regularly within Spain to customer sites, particularly in Madrid and Barcelona.Self-Starter: Independent, motivated, and able to manage accounts and projects with minimal supervision.Why This Role MattersThis position offers the chance to transform the way the label and packaging printing industry operates.
