With a team of 5,000 employees, we provide €1.6bn energy storage solutions and services to customers worldwide, every year.About the job:For our manufacturing plant in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara) we are looking for an Specialist in Customer Quality Satisfaction in our manufacturing plant.The Customer Quality Satisfaction Specialist is the direct link between the customer and our company within each Exide plant. Represents the voice of the customer within Exide and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting the resolution of problematic activities and ensuring timely responses to resolve customer complaints and issues. Ensures compliance with customer requirements in accordance with Exide policies and follows up on customer audits. Needs to bring deep technical knowledge because it is necessary to understand the production process and the technical specifications of the battery.In this position, you will develop the following functions, among others:- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate preventive and corrective action plans.- Coordination with internal departments to gather information within Exide, prepare documentation and reports for the customer according to their request.- Prepare, participate and follow up customer audits.- Follow-up of customer requested tests.- Responsible for reviewing and analysing the results of audits and customer requests/complaints and sharing it with the whole plant.- Participate and perform internal audits (system, process and product).- Participate and get involved in new projects and product and process approvals.- Carry out awareness and training actions in accordance with customer requirements.- Monitoring and updating of customer related KPI's (PPM, warranties, non-conformities, complaints status...).- Participate in working groups for problem solving, lessons learned, sharing and continuous improvement methodology (8D; FMEA; 6 sigma...).- Have the authority to stop the process or product when it is not compliant.This is a 100% manufacturing plant location based.What you'll bring:- Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering areas is required. Master is desirable.- Previous experience in the Quality area (quality assurance, implementation of quality tools, audit environment (internal or external) in a manufacturing plant.- Knowledge and interpretation of international quality standards - mainly ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 (for the automotive business).- Understanding and application of quality tools (PPAP, APQP, problem solving techniques, MSA, SPC, 8D and FMEA) and auditor qualification (system/process/product).- Knowledge of the manufacturing process and product application is required as one of your daily tasks will be analysing batteries and go to the production lines to see what the issue is and make proposals - A good understanding of the product aids failure analysis and complaint resolution.- Understand customer requirements and focus on customer satisfaction.- Project management skills.- Ability to work as part of a team and interpersonal relationships.- Ability to solve problems and make decisions.- Communication skills.- Analytical skills.- High level of English, both written and spoken.- Availability to travel about 10% of the time.What we offer:We offer you a challenging, responsible and varied job in a modern, fast growing divison within an International Corporation.
