Doing so, you can look forward to managing incident reports from the customer's second-level support and communicating directly with their IT staff to resolve the issues.More specifically, you will:Handle incoming reports and requests in our ticket systemResearch, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues Locate, create, and manage workarounds“You’ll work closely with our customers, but there will be very little travel involved as most issues will be something you can resolve online,”.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGHave a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in system admin or similarAWS Cloud knowledge: S3, RDS, LB, Security group, etc(Advanced) usage skills of Linux and/or other Unix-based operating systemsKnowledge of server administration, shell scripting and configuration in large server environmentsKnowledge of networking, including load balancing, firewalls, VPN, port mapping, TDP/UDP and HTTPSExperience with Java, XML, XSLT and basic development toolsFamiliarity with GIT, web server (Apache) and some database (Oracle) knowledgeUnderstanding of agile software development principlesEnglish fluency, written and speakingAs a person …A strong communicator and able to translate technical language into business requirements and solution descriptionsStructured and organized around your workCustomer oriented in converting requirements into solutionsStrong in analysis, conceptual design, communication, and implementationWHAT WE OFFER⛴ Being part of dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals.☄️ Expected salary range 35,000 - 43,000 € per year gross per year, depending on knowledge and experience.⚖️ Working model: Hybrid (twice a week at the office).
