The global life science company Bioiberica produces active ingredients for humans, animals, and plants, from starting material it receives from Van Hessen.We create the added layer of value with our products and services, improve the well-being of all by taking life science further and combine our attention to detail with the extraordinary, because it all matters.About the role:We have 3 facilities in the Greater Barcelona areas and would require someone to be on-site between the 3 sites regularly.Execution of IT demand management processes (incidents, service requests, etc.)Triage of new requests to the IT Service DeskFirst line support for all IT Service Desk requests through to resolution or escalationAttempted resolution of uncommon requests that are not fully documented but within confidence and authority levelEscalation to IT Service Specialist (II) for requests that require more specialized knowledgeCreation of draft knowledgebase articles from learnings"Hands on” support of IT assets, where appropriate and requiredAbout you:You will take pride in providing a first class, excellent service to stakeholdersEnjoy problem solving practical issuesBe comfortable working to and achieving outcomes within agreed timescalesEnjoy collaborating as part of a team, whilst also working on your own initiativeBe a strong communicator and enjoy building trusted and supportive relationships with stakeholdersIdeally you will have 4 years’ experience working in IT support/serviceIf this role is of interest and you would like to be part of an evolving, global business, then we would love to hear from you.Please apply with your updated cv and our recruitment team will be in touch.
