INNOVATION PRODUCT OWNER (M/H)

This role is essential and contributes directly to the growth and success of our technological mission.Role and responsibilities:Responsible for R&D Products in a new business line.Management of the portfolio of solutions mainly focused on software platforms for data visualization.Responsible for product configuration control, life cycle, version control and change control.Collaborate closely with the CTO, the Business Line Director, and other departments such as software design, production, and sales to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.Define the product vision, ensuring it aligns with business goals and market needs.Manage the product backlog by creating and prioritizing the task list with a focus on delivering value to customers and aligning with the company's strategy.Collaborate with stakeholders through constant communication to understand their needs and expectations, managing these expectations by aligning the scope, timelines, and costs of the product.Make data-driven decisions about the product, considering ROI, technical feasibility, and customer needs.Promote the product by collaborating with the sales and marketing team to market and support the product, as well as provide technical support related to the product in the preparation of commercial offers and tenders.Foster innovation and the adoption of new technologies in product design and development.Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in technology and apply this knowledge to enhance the company's competitiveness.Qualifications and training requirements:Higher university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Telecommunications Engineering / Software / Industrial or related fields.Minimum of 6 years of experience in design and development of Software/Hardware products, with at least 3 years in roles focused on defining innovative products, developing in-house production and marketing, and developing operating platforms, etc.High level of English (C1)Experience in the data visualization sector and GIS systems is highly valued.Possession of certifications related to the position, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or training in Agile and Lean, is highly valued.Solid knowledge and experience in:Mastery of project management tools: MS Office, Jira, Redmine, etc.Understanding of Agile Methods.Analytical skills to work with market data, trends, and product performance metrics.Communication and negotiation skills to interact with diverse teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, as well as with managers from other business lines.Experience with UX is valued to understand customer expectations and meet their needs.Specific knowledge of emerging technologies: IoT, AI, etc., is valued.Desired technologies: C#, SQL, .NET, REST API, Linq, Entity Framework, Git.Desirable Skills: Exceptional team management, communication skills, and the ability to effectively convey technical and functional concepts.Proven ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.Innovation-oriented mindset and willingness to explore new technologies and approaches.Strong leadership, motivation, and collaboration skills.Proficiency in both Spanish and English, both oral and written.What do we offer?Competitive fixed salary in line with the candidate's experience and skills.Variable compensation based on performance: 10% of fixed salary.Opportunity to lead the end-to-end development of the company’s technological products.Young, stimulating, collaborative, and motivating work environment.Possibility for professional development and growth in a constantly evolving technological environment.Location: Alcobendas, Madrid.In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that your personal data will be processed by the company for the purpose of including your application in our personnel selection processes.
