In this central role reporting into the Head of Sales, your primary focus will be to sign the best restaurant selection to the Uber Eats platform in your area and build a winning Sales strategy, team and organization.
s the Inside Sales Team Leader at Uber Eats Spain, you will manage a team of 9 Inside Sales Representatives.
You will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team to achieve strong sales results and excellent customer relationships.
You will play a key role in developing strategies and improving how the team operates.

**Team Management** - Build an optimal sales team to drive efficiencies, ownership and accountability - Recruit, train, and manage a team of high performing Inside Sales Team to execute on inbound and outbound merchant acquisition or growth initiatives - Provide hands-on coaching for a team to ensure they meet and exceed monthly target business goals - Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed - Incubate new territory sellers to ramp to strong commercial productivity and overall business knowledge, and share feedback on individual performance with new hire managers **Execution** - Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals - Prepare sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements where needed.

**Business Acumen** - Understand the overall sales strategy that will sustain the leading position and drive the growth of Uber Eats including.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Successful experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in technology or service-based industries.
- Strong skills in strategic planning and sales analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.
