As a key part of the team, you will lead market analysis by gaining a deep understanding of the offering, forge strong cross-departmental collaborations and provide key support for the management and evolution of the Insurance team at Heymondo.We seek someone with a proven track record linked to (travel) insurance product and insurance business, who enjoys challenges and innovation. Join us and become a vital force in Heymondo.Ready to innovate, and make your mark?Key activities/responsibilities to perform:Develop market analysis following the department's guidelines.Supervise and manage the documentation related to our insurance products.Support commercial follow-up tasks with insurance companies.Elaborate commercial reports based on internal data, in order to take concrete actions.Management of internal tools for product configuration, premiums and documentation.Oversight and maintenance of all insurance product related content for each of the markets.Assist in developing positive relationships between the insurance product area and colleagues in other departments.Participate in the development of innovation, with the objective of making life easier for travellers.Manage administrative tasks related to the department.Develop informative/training support documentation for the internal use of Heymondo teams.Supporting the teams in questions related to the insurance product.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related area.Ideally, 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance product management functions, ideally in travel insurance.Strong insurance documentation management skills.Knowledge of the travel insurance industry (national and international market).Ability to take ownership over your work.Proficiency in English and Spanish language skills.Analytical skills and strategic vision to identify opportunities, adapt strategies and make data-driven decisions.Key Skills:Team-player.Personally motivated with the ability to motivate and mentor peers.Ability to balance multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of accurate results.Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders.Able to influence / negotiate with others to achieve solutionsGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.Excellent problem solver that can comfortably tackle different business problems.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Schedule: Full-timeFlexible hours (8 hours a day).100% Remote (we have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too).Our value propositionExperience a versatile work environment where you're empowered to lead your projects and work with teams across functions to reach ambitious objectives.Join a culture that values work-life balance, appreciates dedication and effort, and cultivates a supportive and inclusive professional community.Possibility to evolve alongside the company's growth.
