These meetings provide the opportunity to develop specialized knowledge, skills, networking, creativity, general management, foresight, critical thinking, experience, informed analysis, communication, core values, and industry perspective.
 The program focuses on some of the most important sectors in the world today, including Mobility, Banking, Insurance, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Energy, Real Estate, and more.
Main Objective Through the internship, the intern will expand their knowledge in conference organization by performing support tasks related to marketing campaign preparation, contact follow-up, and customer retention.
Main Tasks Preparation of marketing materials and campaigns (web, brochures, mailings, etc.) Organization of conferences/events for Industry Meetings Contact with speakers Registration of attendees Preparation of materials for the event Assistance to participants, currently mainly online Requisitos Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency level in English.
Proficiency in social media management.
Strong computer skills.
Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required Experience in an office environment working in a team preferably in a support function Knowledge of Wordpress and Pardot will be valued.
Service-oriented attitude.
Positive attitude toward collaboration and coordination with other departments, divisions, areas, and campuses.
