Malaga, Spain Are you a strategic communications advisor? We’re looking for someone who can define and execute impactful strategies and materials to communicate internally to employees, our communities and stakeholders to build our employer brand.
Across these audiences, we work with the business to bring our purpose, building a better working world, to life and build the commercial value and emotional resonance of the EY and the EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) brand.
Working in a fast-paced, global environment, this role acts as a trusted business advisor to the GDS Spain leadership team to drive strategic internal communications programs.

You will be a part of the wider EY GDS Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) team in Europe and the larger pan-GDS BMC team, spread across Poland, Spain, Hungary, UK, Argentina, Mexico, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and India.
You must be able to translate business strategy into measurable tactics, work in virtual teams and manage a range of global, GDS and local programs simultaneously.
As you develop your campaigns, you will consider and apply the latest trends and techniques and use metrics to inform your decisions.
You will manage the relationship and work between our team, in-house designers, external vendors/agencies and editorial groups across EY.
Your key responsibilities Lead the internal communications plan to position GDS Spain as a transformative, growing organization and ensure consistent communication programs for the organization’s employees.
Build relationships and coordinate with external partners including associations and other business organizations.
Organize internal events (global visits, employer branding events).
Coordinate both local and global marketing and communication projects – campaigns, designs, media publication.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company image as an employer of choice.
Advise GDS Spain leadership on how to effectively use internal communications channels to make an impact with key audiences.
Work with external agencies, as necessary.
Skills and attributes for success Excellent English and Spanish language copy writing, editing and storytelling skills; strong verbal communication skills.
Solid experience in event management and employee engagement.
Knowledge of modern digital marketing tactics, tools and metrics.
Ability to network and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
Proven capability to translate the business agenda into high-quality, audience-centric communications.
Advanced listening and interpretation skills.
Creative, innovative thinking and problem solving.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent project management with strong deadline-orientation as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize work, delegate and multi-task.
To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications or public relations.
5-7 years in external or internal communications roles with 3+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
Previous experience in large, matrix organizations is preferred.
