INTERNAL COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

📢 In CTGE we are looking for an Internal Compliance Specialist to join our legal team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy.In this role, you main responsibilities will supporting the company from a legal perspective with the following tasks:Procurement and Contract Management: Assist in managing the procurement process and contracts for the company and its affiliates, including tasks involving advisors, materials, and service providers. This includes gathering quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions to ensure effective procurement operations.Internal Policy and Compliance Review: Support the review and application of internal policies, ensuring compliance with company standards. Assist in addressing compliance-related queries and tasks within various departments across the company and its affiliates.Legal and Compliance Risk Management: Monitor and follow up on legal and compliance risks that may affect the company. Prepare relevant analyses and summaries to support decision-making and mitigate potential risks to company operations.Dispute Case Management and Reporting: Handle follow-ups on company dispute cases, ensuring timely resolution while preparing comprehensive analyses and reports. This includes documenting outcomes and maintaining oversight on dispute resolution processes.General Legal and Compliance Support: Assist with daily legal and compliance matters, including project investment decisions and other tasks as requested by the department. Prepare detailed reports in Chinese for shareholders and support any additional legal and compliance work as needed.💼 Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:🎓 A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.🗓️ Minimum 1 years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in the energy sector or a similarly regulated industry.📚 Advanced English language proficiency (C1), Advanced Spanish language proficiency (C1) and Native Chinese language proficiency.Bonus points 🎯 if you have:Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong communication and relationship management skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a knack for agile execution.
