Internal Customer Service Representative (Dutch-speaking) Location.
Torremolinos, near Malaga, Spain Working Hours.
Monday to Friday, 8.
AM to 4.
PM Key Responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients in the Netherlands.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients.
Requirements.
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must reside close to Torremolinos or be willing to relocate.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
