You will co-participate in creating local HR strategies and assist in implementing commercial plans, designing tailor-made projects and finding innovative solutions for business needs.Responsibilities1.- People management and growth 🎯Lead the employee journey strategy, guaranteeing excellence in talent attraction and retention for both area and store teams, and providing the best employee experience possible as well as planning career and succession plans.2.- Training and development 🎓Monitor commercial and people KPI-s and propose HR solutions (projects, trainings, etc.) to improve store efficiency and employee experience.Promote and deliver training programs with a special focus on personal development and product knowledge.3.- Financial Oversight 📈Effectively manage financial resources to ensure budget adherence with a special focus on balancing personnel expenses and other talent related KPI’s.4.-Support commercial plans 📊Work closely with the commercial team to ensure the correct implementation of global retail strategies.How we imagine you to be?Passionate about sports and active lifestyle, with a high commitment for people management, decisive, dynamic, proactive and with excellent communication and organizational skills.
