We are committed to creating a more beautiful, respectful and engaging way to do advertising.KEY FIGURES2014 · Founded by two ex-Googlers2018 · 16M total turnover & Internationalization & Getting growth2021 · Capital raise of 40M€ & +12 countries & +300 Seedtaggers2022 · Funding round of 250M€ + expansion into the U.S. market + 400 Seedtaggers2024 · Expansion into 18 countries + 600 SeedtaggersYOUR CHALLENGEStrategic Support: Collaborate with the Head of Tax to devise tax strategies and mitigate fiscal risks across the regions.Project Leadership: Lead tax-related initiatives spanning multiple locations, working closely with finance teams.Consultation and Compliance: Offer guidance during audits, compute tax provisions, and ensure adherence to tax regulations.Payment Management: Oversee tax payments and fulfill fiscal obligations within the region.Monthly Compliance: Ensure monthly tax compliance, encompassing duties like VAT and withholding taxes.Specialized Advisory: Provide expertise in transfer pricing and commercial transactions.Process Enhancement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline tax procedures.Legal Monitoring: Stay abreast of tax law changes and adapt strategies accordingly.YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IFYou demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years of corporate tax experience, managing tax issues across different jurisdictions.
