Job Summary.
Trane Technologies’ early career student program internships provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network.
Our 12-week fall internship opportunities offer candidates working toward their Analytics Focused majors’ exposure to variety projects which will include various ways to apply your education in solving real world problems.

Through our student programs, participants will have an opportunity to interview for our full-time, post-graduate, Accelerated Development Program for Data Analytics or direct hire opportunities.

Collaborate with others on the analytics platform team to develop understanding of the data, the business, and technical approaches.
Understand architecture and processes essential to developing models, visualizations, reports, and insights.

Demonstrated ability to leverage analytical tools to extract and analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights to the business.
Proficient in utilizing analytical tools to understand problems followed by recommending and executing the best approach to address the needs of internal customers.
Coursework or experience utilizing some or all of the following.
Python, R, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, or other visualization software  Certificate in Technical or Analytics related field such as Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, or similar Demonstrated leadership skills such as.

Base Pay.

Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
