Job Purpose.
To support the Inventory Planning team in maintaining and strengthening trading relationships with all relevant vendors and internal stakeholders to obtain competitive advantage for TD SYNNEX via professional inventory planning and procurement.
What you’ll do.
Place purchase orders based on the parameters submitted by Strategic Planner.
Back to back ordering of products with no established run rate.
Place direct ship purchase orders on vendors.
To check order confirmations for correct product, quantity, pricing and delivery dates and to invoice customers on receipt of proof of shipment or delivery.
Ensure that all purchase orders raised are within authorised and agreed sign off limits.
Assist the team with vendor price changes by ensuring correct cost prices are reflected within SAP.
Work within set policies and procedures and to continually review and update where necessary.
Provide high level of service, support and accuracy Consistently achieve set targets such as SLA.
Ensure timely and efficient communication with internal stakeholders, and vendors.
What we're kindly looking for.
Effective communication with internal & external partners Highly proactive and self-motivated Strong attention to detail Ability to organise and prioritise daily routine to support a rapidly changing environment Advanced level of English Knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and inventory replenishment systems (SAP R3) would be advantageous.
Good analytical skills - to analyze data and take appropriate actions.
