INVESTMENT ANALYST REAL ESTATE (RESIDENTIAL & HOSPITALITY)

INVESTMENT ANALYSTI.                   Opportunity:  Opportunity to join the Investments team at a newly established group currently in full expansion across Spain. Mainly focused in residential (both BTR and BTS) and hospitality real estate projects, with value-add profile, as well as special situations: NPL, REO and alternative financing. II.                 Job Description:  Support the investment department in the following tasks: Analyze investment opportunities, including research and comparables (rents, prices & yields). Pipeline management.·       Build Excel models to support investment opportunities. Help conduct Due Diligence process with external providers.Deal closing, finance, valuations, etc.Assist the Development and Operations team with Asset Management tasks, especially investor reporting and asset optimization strategies.Work on Powerpoint presentations for new investments and reporting for existing projects. Attend meetings with other parties: sellers, financial entities, investment funds, brokers, etc., as well as asset visits.Direct Report to Head of Acquisitions and CEO. III.                Requirements:  Around 3-4 years’ experience in real estate investment sector: real estate valuations, private equity, M&A, investment, structured finance, or others. Excellent modeling skills (Excel) is a must. Capabilities to develop complex real estate financial models.Skilled Office 365 user.Business oriented, with good communication skills. Attention to detail, organization skills, independent and proactive. Team player. Advanced level of English. Position based in Madrid but may require travelling across Spain. IV.              Compensation Package:  ·      € 40,000-45,000 depending on the candidate’s skills and experience. ·      bonus depending on performance and deal flow.·      Perks: ticket restaurant and other to be negotiated.·      Laptop and mobile by company. V.                 V. Ohers ·     Inmmediate incorporation·      Availability to travel throughout Spain: Barcelona, ​Valencia, Malaga, etc.·      Opportunity to work remotely occasionally.
