IOT PROJECT DELIVERY OPERATIONS ENGINEER

Acting as the liaison between project teams and operations, your main accountability will be to ensure that new features are developed and delivered in accordance with operational requirements and expectations.
You will get actively involved throughout all the project phases, from design and build towards testing and deployment.
Finally, you should expect to play an instrumental role in planning the delivery of new products and services.
With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business.
Participate and contribute to project meetings by representing operations best interests.
Understand project scope and keep track of the high-level timelines.
Review documentation (High Level Design, Service Support Model, etc.) and assess, together with operational teams, the impact of every new project in terms of feasibility, effort, costs, SLAs etc.
Ensure that non-functional requirements are covered and meet operational expectations.
Plan delivery timelines for each new release, coordinate with all the stakeholders involved and initiate the necessary change requests.
Plan the corresponding training sessions for each release.
Contribute to building reliable knowledge and skills within the team.
