We are seeking an IT Associate to join our IT team who is able to provide technical support, drive efficiency, provide and implement recommendations that will result in higher quality and faster processes.A typical dayMonitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for local workstation.Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software.Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.Deliver projects with or without the managers supervision.Provide active presence to Madrid office colleagues and virtual support to remote workers.Actively engage in asset management.Provide new hire onboarding training to new hires.What you need to succeedTech skills:Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferredAround 2 years of experience of Information Technology experience as an IT support specialist.Experience supporting Windows Desktop and Mac environmentsExperience with troubleshooting network connectivity issuesKnowledge of SharePoint and other Office 365 applicationsKnowledge of Active Directory or GSuiteKnowledge of Single sign-on technologies (SSO) - (Okta)Knowledge of the ITIL frameworkKnowledge of VPN and remote access supportKnowledge of Jira and ConfluenceKnowledge of collaborations tools ie: Webex Teams, Microsoft Teams and SlackKnowledge of MDM tools ie: inTune and JamfSoft skills:Adaptability and willingness to learnStrong client-facing and communication skillsDetail-orientated with excellent verbal/written communication skillsCapable of meeting or exceeding assigned deadlinesResponsible, self-motivated, professional, energeticExcellent work ethic and ability to perform independently and within a team-based environmentStrong interpersonal skills to work with a multitude of teamsFluent in English and SpanishAbout the recruitment processYour first contact with CoverWallet will be through an HR interview with one of our colleagues from the Talent Acquisition area, who will tell you everything about our company and its history, as well as the details of the position, functions and your future conditions.
