Close to one million patients have been treated with our aligners. We will continue to put the patient and the clinician first and work together with doctors to improve the efficiency and accuracy of tooth movement for the bettering of the orthodontic treatment experience and the brightest smiles.IMPORTANT: only applications with English resumes will be consideredDESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an IT & Business Systems technician (CRM) to join our team in Madrid and provide support to our EMEA Team members on IT devices, infrastructure and network, and keep developing and improving the back-end system of our business tools, mainly our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), based on functional specifications raised by different departments.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and maintain the IT system for EMEA aligned with the guidance of the headquarters’ IT departmentManage the infrastructure of the European offices and provide support on the operation and supervision of servers, network and security equipmentAnticipate and monitor the needs for IT equipment and material from the EMEA team membersCoordinate the purchase of material and equipment among different third partiesOrganize the provision and set up in due time of the IT material and equipment to all team membersSupport the users in the day to day issues and requestsPartner with the headquarters IT team on maintaining a high standard of data security following European regulations and corporate policySupport the development and maintenance of the CRM technical infrastructureDevelop innovative methodologies and tools to achieve CRM tactical goals set by the organization.Translate business requirements into technical documentation, ensuring alignment between needs and solutions.Implement and customize back-end fields and modules to support the need for data streamline and automation in the CRM toolResearch industry best practices and work closely with the Customer Excellence System specialist to coordinate the implementation of new featuresPartner and coordinate adhoc projects with the IT Team located in HQ as the main contact for EMEA team.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONMust have excellent communication skills that will ensure effective conveyance of information and execution of duties in a cross-functional settingBe customer-service centric, demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease, be self-motivated and proactive, have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, have critical attention to detail, be able to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects, and have creative problem-solving skills.Should be likeable and easily relatable in order to facilitate cross-functional interactionsOutstanding organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience within an equivalent roleMicrosoft Dynamics 365 customer insights - sales - customer service certification is a must haveBachelor degree ITLANGUAGE SKILLSNative/fluent in EnglishAdvanced/professional knowledge of another EU languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German) is a Plus
