¿Qué harás? El teu objectiu serà ajudar a connectar l'alumnat que finalitza els estudis amb empreses en cerca de professionals.
Assessoraràs als estudiants i faràs seguiment de la seva evolució en la recerca de feina.
Realitzaràs sessions de coaching i role playings.
També seràs la persona encarregada d’aconseguir noves empreses que vulguin donar una oportunitat a l’alumnat i fer seguiment amb elles per a fidelitzar-les.
Tindràs l’oportunitat de participar en grans esdeveniments tecnològics.
¿A quién buscamos? Requisits mínims.
- Experiència en selecció de personal (valorables coneixements del sector IT) - Català, Castellà.
Anglès, valorable.
- Bona comunicaciò - El candidat/a ideal ha de ser proactiu/a, resolutiu/a i dinàmic/a, podrà treballar en autonomia i amb una gran capacitat de anàlisi.
