As part of the Communication & Workforce Enablement team, we are looking for an IT Change Manager to actively contribute to the agile journey of Global Digital Services.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in economics, science, business informatics, or equivalent discipline Work experience in agile teams, in the field of Digitalization, as well as with globally/regionally distributed members Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, as well as practices such as OKR Experience in Coaching, Change Management and Organizational Development is a plus Outstanding communication skills in English, good understanding of group dynamics, good facilitation, moderation, presentation & mentoring skills High empathy, ability to connect with diverse personalities, optimistic attitude, open mindset, creative and innovative personality, ability to inspire others Ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguousness, and to motivate yourself in challenging situations Benefits A secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.
