JOB SUMMARY Functional CRM analyst working in the IT department together with Sales and Marketing areas providing support, analysing business needs, and coordinating technical evolution with the technical providers.EXPERIENCEMinimum of 2 years of experience working in an IT department or a consulting firm with a functional analyst role, preferably working with CRM solutions. Participating of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and design, through to development, testing, UATs and delivery as well as support and incident management.Technical background is a must.Will be valuable:Knowledge in CRM Solutions: Marketing & Sales processesSAP Solutions: SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANAExperience working with databases: Oracle, SAP HANAIntegration systems from a technical and functional perspective: SAP PI, SAP Gateway, Oracle SOAExperience with data migrations and ETL processesLoyalty solutionsExperience in the hospitality businessIA SolutionsQUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree (or similar).Fluent English, written and spokenKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESMaintenance, support and enhancement of the solutions relating to the following areas:CRM.Sales Cloud and Service CloudCampaign managementIntegration process with external systems.Loyalty systems.Maintenance of current CRM Solutions:Issue management.Daily operations monitoring.Understand business user reporting and information analysis requirements.Coordination and follow up with internal departments and service providers.Enhancement of current CRM solutions:Identification and analysis of new requirements.Ensure quality solutions: consistent, efficient, and aligned with standards.Ensure solutions meet the appropriate security standards.Business User support:Resolve ad-hoc end user issues when requested.Initiative-taking support of the business needsAbility to prioritize tasks.
