IT & DIGITAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Spain Sotheby’s International Realty is the leading luxury real estate brokerage service in Spain. We are looking for an IT & Digital Operations Specialist who will report to the Digital manager and will manage and evolve our digital and IT ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on managing and expanding our current website, leading our CRM and website project management efforts, and acting as the primary link between our franchise & sales operations and digital ecosystem. Experience with Salesforce and Website CMS technology is critical. The candidate should have a proven track record in implementing CRM and website systems and in managing both internal and external stakeholders.👉Key Responsibilities:Manage and enhace the current website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and meets business objectives.Lead CRM upgrades implementation and project management, primarily focusing on Salesforce.Serve as point of contact between the company and any external technology providers.Oversee the integration of various digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement new technologies and digital solutions.Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.Ensure all digital assets are secure and comply with company standards and regulations.Support the training and development of staff in using digital tools and systems.👉Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in IT and digital operations, with a focus on real estate or a related industry.Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and Website CMS technology.Demonstrated ability to manage complex digital projects and deliver results.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.Proficiency in both Spanish and English.👉Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Salesforce or related technologies.Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.Experience in real estate or luxury brands.👉What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to work with a leading brand in the real estate industry.Dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
