Our diverse teams are essential to our mission of powering communities.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for IT and OT-related issues via phone, ticket system, or in person.Assist with the setup and configuration of computers, mobile devices, and applications.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.Investigate and resolve recurring technical problems, implementing preventive measures.Process 3rd-level inquiries and coordinate with suppliers as needed.Maintain accurate IT/OT asset inventory, including licenses.Create technical and business documentation.Perform capacity analysis and planning for the environment.Monitor system performance, coordinating updates and replacements.Implement security measures, including hardening, ACL, and firewalls.Develop tools to support the IT/OT department.Participate in assigned projects as needed.Support offshore technicians, especially in SCADA/OT.Work according to ITIL standards, ensuring compliance with ISMS and ISO 27001.Manage vendor communications within scope.Travel up to 15%.Qualifications and Experience:Excellent communication skills in English.Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.Strong system and network administration skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.In-depth knowledge of network topologies, WAN/LAN, VPN, and wireless communication.Experience with VMWare and Veeam backup technologies.Proficiency in infrastructure and application monitoring.Familiarity with network devices from vendors such as HPE, Aruba, CISCO, and Fortinet.ITIL framework experience preferred.Cybersecurity awareness.Ability to analyze and respond to business department needs.Team-oriented, self-motivated, and highly reliable.
