¿Qué harás? We are looking for a dedicated IT Engineer specializing in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath to join a leading organization.
This role focuses on the development, management, and optimization of RPA solutions to support business goals.
You will.
- Develop and maintain scalable RPA solutions, ensuring high performance and availability.
- Manage RPA infrastructure and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions effectively.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of RPA projects, aligning them with business objectives.
- Act as a generalist across the technology stack to ensure operational reliability and cost efficiency.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies to enhance RPA capabilities.
¿A quién buscamos? - Proven experience in managing RPA projects, specifically with UiPath, and knowledge of RPA best practices.
- Proficiency in RPA management tools and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications like UiPath Certified Professional are preferred.
- Experience in managing the full lifecycle of RPA solutions, including compliance and budget management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the IT industry and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Broad knowledge across the technology stack, ensuring alignment of RPA strategies with organizational goals while focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
