We want to hear from you!At OK Mobility, we’re here to revolutionize the world of mobility. 🚗🛵🚚🚙🛴🛥️Our goal is to help our customers find the mobility solution that best suits their needs, whether it’s renting or purchasing the vehicle of their dreams.🔍 What are we looking for?We are currently undergoing a period of expansion and growth, and we are recruiting a Head of Architecture who will oversee the system’s design end to end and will own all the technology systems and their KPIs.We need a person who wants to be part of a transformation, who will create an architecture center of knowledge and will drive innovation in technology in the next years actively collaborating with other senior managers of enterprise architecture, data, engineering, project management or IT Operations in defining the technology standards and strategy for the future of IT in OK Mobility.Our core application platform is running Micro Services with Spring Boot in AWS, but we also count on some legacy systems in Java and PHP connected to other corporate systems like ERPs.💼 Main responsabilities & tasks Understand the company’s business and strategy to ensure the architecture matches with the strategy and the requirements of the strategic projects.Accountable for end-to-end architecture, end-to-end design and security design, ensuring solution integrity and that designs are buildable, testable, operational and fulfil security, compliance and regulatory directives.Establish the vision, objectives, and standards of the technology architecture, aligned with the company's overall strategy and industry best practices.Oversee the solutions, technology, cloud and data architecture for all our applications, data, and infrastructure, ensuring that they are scalable and adaptable to changes and business growth.Own and manage the IT Architecture community including the architecture board and any specific focus group around architecture and standards excluding enterprise architecture. Ensure all the building blocks are owned and properly defined and benchmarked when necessary.Work closely with delivery, engineering and IT Operations to ensure projects are aligned with architectural standards and enterprise architecture and all the technical analysis are delivered in a timely fashion manner.Conduct architectural reviews and audits to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the solutions implemented.Accountable for owning and managing the resolution of P1 issues across partners, agents, customers and countries.🆗 What's it like to work at OK?At OK Mobility Group, we love what we do—that's the key to our success and continuous growth. We work in a challenging and dynamic environment, made up of a great team that believes with effort, determination, and perseverance, we will continue to achieve extraordinary things.✅ What do you need to join the team?BSc and/or MSc in any technology related field such as Computing, Information Engineering, Telecommunications or Physics or MathematicsMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar positionYou have a deep knowledge of program performance in a Head of Architecture capacity delivering systems into an enterprise-scale, international and geographically distributed, multi-baseline operational environment.You have previous experience on large scale endeavours in complex and challenging technical environments. Ideally in the finance industry.You have proven ability to negotiate and collaborate with the senior leadership and clients' customer teams to translate mission needs into operational and system requirements to correct mission deficiencies and exploit opportunities.You lead by example, enthusiastic, you provide leadership and mentor your teams with the same philosophy.You have experience in cloud computing (AWS, GCP and/or Azure), database optimization and large scale deployments.You have participated in at least one M&A operation as the technical reference.You speak English and Spanish proficiently.You are familiar with well known methodologies like ITIL, Prince II or TOGAF.✨ What do we offer you?A stable and growing project with a permanent contract.Flexible working hours for arrival/departure and workday flexibility from Monday to Thursday.Friday afternoons off.Flexibility to receive part of your earned salary at any time.
