We want to hear from you!At OK Mobility, we’re here to revolutionize the world of mobility. 🚗🛵🚚🚙🛴🛥️Our goal is to help our customers find the mobility solution that best suits their needs, whether it’s renting or purchasing the vehicle of their dreams.🔍 What are we looking for?We are currently undergoing a period of expansion and growth, and we seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Project Management to oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of technology projects across multiple business areas.Their mission will be coordinating a team of project managers, defining KPIs and business cases for every project, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion including an exquisite communication across the board and adherence to the budgets. This role requires a strong combination of leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of technology delivery.💼 Main responsabilities & tasks Portfolio Oversight:Lead and oversee the overall delivery of a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.Provide executive-level visibility into project performance, risks, and resource utilization.Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.Team Coordination & Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of project managers who are responsible for delivering projects across different business areas together with other non-direct reports such us business analysts, UX experts or enterprise architects.Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the project management team.Ensure that project managers have the necessary resources, skills, and support to successfully deliver their projects.Stakeholder Management:Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and priorities.Serve as a point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Establish and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Risk & Issue Management:Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues across the project portfolio.Develop and implement contingency plans to address challenges and ensure project delivery.Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management as needed.Process & Methodology:Ensure adherence to standardized project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and best practices across the portfolio.Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and frameworks to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Implement tools and systems to track project performance, resource allocation, and risk management.Create and follow an extensive communication strategy for all the project and demand managersReporting & Metrics:Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to track project and portfolio health and its alignment with other company wide KPIs.Prepare and deliver regular portfolio status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, risks, and areas requiring attention.Resource Management:Collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing and resource allocation across projects.Monitor resource capacity and demand, and make adjustments as necessary to balance workloads together with the engineering management.🆗 What's it like to work at OK?At OK Mobility Group, we love what we do—that's the key to our success and continuous growth.
