IT PROJECT MANAGER

We want to hear from you!Experience Required:• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager. • Proficiency in portfolio management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.• Worked in a fast-paced Retail environment • Experience working with global teams• Proven experience using MS Excel and other tools to structure analysis and MS PowerPoint and others to present complex findings preferably with PM certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)• Excellent English (C1 Level).Tasks:Data Analysis: Analyze project data to make informed, data-driven decisions that guide project direction and strategy.Stakeholder Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.Project Organization and Problem solving: Organize and prioritize multiple project tasks and deliverables to meet deadlines effectively and anticipate project issues and develop alternative solutions to mitigate risks and address problems promptly.Methodology Implementation: Apply project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) to ensure best practices are followed.Deliver Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, influence decision-making, and motivate project teams. Prepare and deliver effective verbal, written, and presentation communications to various audiences.Team Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and deliverables.Mentorship: Guide and influence the development of junior colleagues, sharing best practices and expertise in project management.Conditions:Location: This is a full-remote position, but the client prefers candidates residing in Madrid for occasional office visits and teamwork.WHY CAPITOLE? ✨We are great, but with you we will be even more so!
